Had a great time at D’La Rosa in Mermaid Beach. The staff were super friendly and attentive, making us feel really welcome from the start. The tapas were amazing—lots of tasty options that were packed with flavor, and the drinks were spot on too. The vibe of the place was perfect—chilled yet lively at the same time. Overall, D’La Rosa offers a wonderful dining experience, and I can’t wait to return!

10/10 unbelievable! We have been to every Mexican restaurant in the Gold Coast and D’la rosa has topped them all.Calamari, fish tacos & nachos just WoW!Can’t wait to come back, delicious!

We are from Tweed Heads and D’La Rosa is worth driving to. The food is amazing and the staff are super friendly.The whole menu is tasty but the nachos are to die for and the main reason we visit. They have some tasty cocktails but the Cinderella man with gin instead is incredible 🥰👌This little restaurant is perfect for all occasions and they have used the space well.I highly recommend!

Beautiful food – great tapas. Friendly staff.Only one thing is the seafood paella (while it has nice seafood flavour) was a bit salty – would have been a hit if the chef reduced the salt seasoning.

Took a group of people to try out this place. It’s pretty average quality. The paella wasn’t cooked through properly. Everything was either too salty or too bland and too oily. For the price you’d expect better quality. This was take away standards. There are far better casual tapas or mexican options around.

We ordered takeaway. The potatoes were hard & had soooo much oil . The tacos (one was missing main ingredient) the paella was extremely salty. Maybe because we ordered before a certain time we got the dregs as is 30 percent off. Yuk ! We won’t be back

My boyfriend and I ate here as we wanted to try somewhere new- D’La Rosa was ABSOLUTELY the best choice! Although it’s quite small, the atmosphere is amazing and the staff are lovely (and make GREAT recommendations!).This place is affordable, has great service and is just a lovely place overall. The star of the show was definitely the food! It was SO SO GOOD arguably some of the best food I’ve ever had. You can really tell the food is made with love and with fresh ingredients. The natural oysters were STUNNING!!Highly recommend and we will absolutely be coming back many more times in the future!

It’s the best Latin/Spanish experience I’ve had in Australia! Julian’s service was amazing and the food is so delicious and authentic 😍 my top recommendation has to be the nachos with beef (I’m Mexican and these are the best I’ve tried in all of Gold Coast) and the paella (my husband is Spanish and he approves it 100%)I’ll totally come back 😍

Amazing Chimmichuri steak, and hands down the best fries with aioli I’ve ever tried. Parham is also amazing for customer service and we’re lucky enough to have been served by him twice. Definitely worth checking out

The food is amazing and of a very high standard – everything is freshly made on the premises daily , the ambience is a very laid back atmosphere ( chilled – relaxed – vibe ) The staff are very friendly and accomodating . Do yourself a favour and book a table sooner , rather than later :)

I’m from California and have super high expectations for Mexican food and let me tell you, D’La Rosa did not disappoint! I loved their spicy margarita and tacos the most. Definitely stands out compared to other Mexican restaurants on the Gold Coast.

We had a delicious night out here, the service was amazing and all the food went above and beyond. We enjoyed pinchos – to die for. We got the jamon and Gilda to start which you cannot miss. We then had the chimichurri steak and garlic gambas as our mains! Both mains were so delicious we were licking the plate! We enjoyed all of these so much we got another jamon and a Crème Brûlée to finish which ended the night perfectly. We loved the traditional beers and wine which added to the experience! 10/10!

Had an amazing meal at D’La Rosa. Both the beef and halloumi tacos were fantastic, the chicken nachos were perfect, and the honey glazed eggplant was a delightful surprise. The outdoor seating area is great, and the cool playlist made the experience even better. Highly recommend!

We loved our experience at this restaurant. The vibes were immaculate, loved the playlist and the lighting. The food was delicious, very fresh & flavoursome. The nachos were a highlight!Service was friendly and attentive. Only thing to note would be the food came out slower than expected, this wasn’t an issue for us ☺️ we would come back!

This small restaurant is lovely for a light lunch. Service was good, they could have made a lot more money on serving drinks if they came out regularly and within a reasonable time from ordering, our drinks were delayed and we had to remind them.The food is quite nice, but the share plates are quite small, each plate ideal for 3 people maximum, apart from their chimichurri steak, which is perfect for 4 people. The price is a little pricey for what you’re getting. We also would have ordered more food had the food come out in a timely manner. We waited about 30-40 mins for our first share plate to come out and then another 20 mins for the next lot. This was a little disappointing. The food overall was not too bad.Most of their seating is outside under 3 large umbrellas which during lunch time is extremely warm with the sun at its peak coming in on an angle, so the umbrellas offer no protection, a lot of the patrons were trying to move around to get away from the sun. So would recommend booking a table inside if it’s sunny or raining.

Delicious! We tried all the different tacos. My partner’s favourite was the beef one, I couldn’t decide between the snapper and the haloummi one. We had the Sangria happy hour and loved them too. Nice latin vibes.
